Privacy & legal
Latte is made for adults, so there's a one-time confirmation the first time you sign in, plus a cookie choice and easy links to the legal documents. Here's what each one is and where to find it later.
Latte is available to adults only — you must be 18 or older to use it.

The first time you sign in, a Welcome to Latte card appears ("Latte is made for adults. Just one quick confirmation before you start."). Tick I confirm I am 18 years of age or older. and I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

Click Continue. Latte records your choice and lets you straight through next time.

A cookie notice appears along the bottom: choose Accept all to allow optional analytics cookies, or Essential only to keep just the cookies Latte needs to run.

You can open the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service any time from the links on the sign-in screen.

The first time you sign in on the phone, the same Welcome to Latte card appears — tick the 18+ confirmation and the Terms/Privacy agreement, then tap Continue. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy open from the buttons under the checkboxes.

The card also offers Share anonymous usage data to help improve Latte. This one is optional and starts switched off — leave it alone and Continue works exactly the same.

Later, open your profile by tapping your avatar in the top bar.

Scroll to the Other section. Share anonymous usage data is there as a switch, so you can turn it on or off whenever you like — the change takes effect immediately, with no need to restart the app.

The demo/sandbox personas skip the age confirmation — they're temporary and not real sign-ups. See Try the demo.
Erasing your data​
You can delete your Latte account and everything in it yourself, permanently, from inside the app — see Delete your account.
